Throughout this project the team kept in close contact with the owners of the property to ensure they were getting their electrical features exactly as the had envisioned. To reduce future error we replaced the existing overhead sub-mains with new underground cabling so any fallen trees, debris or accidental run-ins regarding farming machinery will not affect the future power supply to the premises. The pre-wire and final fit out was completed once we were 100% certain the home owners were happy with the placement and quantity of power supply to the premises e.g. lights, switches, power-points… Once the builder and painter had completed their parts we waited until the paint had set and we were sure it would not be disturbed by our work, our team then went in to complete the final stages. We only use the best products for our customers, within this house we installed Spinika fans, which we find add a sophisticated touch to any room and the air flow is next to none. All air conditioners fitted were none other than our Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Split Systems, It’s one of the most innovative brand on the current Australian market and we find them to function the best during our hottest North Queensland months. All lights , switches and power-points are none other than our Voltex brand, we love using this brand as it gives our customers peace of mind for the next 7-25 year with there outstanding warranty! Outside we also installed Spinika fans as they are plastic and withstand our North Queensland weather conditions much better than any other material. Voltex lights and flood lights were also used on the verandah and on the outer corners of the house so the home owner won’t be limited and can entertain or simply relax with a beverage of their choosing on any afternoon to overlook their beautiful property and admire the sunset.

The Georgetown Terrestrial Centre is a newly cherished town building, we were lucky enough to be apart of this project and have a hand in making it the outstanding information centre you see today. As we service the Georgetown area quite regularly we have come to create a well known name for ourselves, this was confirmed when we were contacted by the Etheridge Shire Council to undergo the fit out for this project. We throughly enjoyed working with everyone involved in this project which made our time here quite pleasurable. Throughout the centre we installed new track lighting to show off the amazing details within the informative displays as well as installed power-points throughout to make the centre more accessible for the individuals that have the pleasure of working there. New data cabling for the eye catching interactive displays were ran and supported by a catenary system as a ceiling cavity was non-existent. The final results were breathtaking and everyone involved was ecstatic with how it turned out. SpinFX was engaged by a local disability help centre that had recently purchased a house build in the early 1980’s. The future vision for this premises was for the two story house to be turned into an assisted living residence with a seperate unit on the first floor for a potential full time tenant. We quite quickly came to the realisation that the age of the house meant there was going to be an extensive list of new electrical fixture to fulfil the vision that had been set. Luckily SpinFX doesn’t shy away from a challenge. We dove right in, replacing all the existing wiring to ensure the upstairs and downstairs living areas were fully functioning. The Disability Help Centre also requested that each floor was on seperate Ergon meters for the possibility that a future tenant was eligible for an electricity rebate. We said absolutely, no worries! The upstairs and downstairs living areas are now fully functioning with none other than our Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Split Systems cooling each room along with Voltex supporting all the lights, switches and power-points throughout the house. The centre can rest easy knowing if any problems arise in the future that they’re covered by Voltex’s 7-25 year warranty along with knowing here at SpinFX Electrical we are warranty agents for our MHI air conditioners. The tenants the help centre have assigned the premises to now have the chance to indulge in their own space and call this newly renovated 1980’s house their home.
